Behind Tale is a team with more than 15 years of experience in property development, brand building, and international business. Our founders bring together deep industry knowledge and a track record of success — from large-scale developments in Scandinavia to the creation of global consumer brands. This combined experience shapes everything we do: from how we plan and build, to how we manage every detail with clarity and care.
We collaborate with leading architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals to make sure each Tale home is beautiful, functional, and lasting — from the inside out. To maintain the highest standards, we’ve developed The Tale Standard — a structured internal framework that guides our entire development process. Built on years of hands-on experience, it allows us to uphold quality at every level, from the foundation to the final detail.

Jonatan Hwang
Entrepreneur with a background in Industrial Engineering and Management (Royal Institute of Technology). Co-founded Pändy, a global snack brand now part of Nasdaq listed Humble Group. Since 2021, he has invested in and managed luxury residential projects in Costa del Sol, recognizing the demand for bespoke homes built with true quality.
Massoud Levin
Over 15 years in construction and property development and background in Construction Engineering at Nackademin). Led 750+ home developments at Titania in Stockholm. Since 2021, he has completed over a dozen bespoke homes in Marbella, where he pioneered The Tale Excellence, a framework rooted in Scandinavian construction discipline and luxury design.
